e European Trade Union Institute is the independent research centre of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) which itself affiliates European trade unions into a single European umbrella organisation. Its Annual report is an essential tool in the hands of European workers' representatives, that aims to support a collaborative relationship between the European workers and their employers. User centric design. The report wants to be a guide with which one can interact, both digitally and physically. The design uses "office stationery" like markers and Post-it to illustrate analyses, data and diagrams simply. The sticky note becomes the unit, like a pixel, to create a comprehensible and iconic visual for the voice and ideas of each affiliate.
